Refund policy
DAHLIA TUBERS & ROOTED CUTTINGS
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or subtract items, nor are we able to combine shipping on separately placed orders. Purchases are not guaranteed until paid for. Unfortunately, if a variety sells out before you have completed checkout it will disappear from your cart.
Buyer accepts the risk of lost or delayed packages. As long as an email is provided the customer will be given the tracking information. Though we will be checking forecasts before we deem it safe to ship, we will not be responsible for packages that are left outside overnight as they may have a chance to freeze. Please keep an eye on your tracking.
Rooted Cuttings:
Great care will be taken to package your cuttings safely so they arrive intact. Please examine your order immediately upon arrival and contact us via email at support@fraicheflowerfarm.com within 48 hours if there are any issues. If plants break or are damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damage and email us for either a refund or replacement plant (if available) within 48 hours. Past that, we cannot be responsible for damages, improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence. Detailed care instructions will arrive with your cutting/cuttings.
Tubers:
We guarantee you will receive a viable tuber true to variety, with an eye and healthy neck. Please examine your order immediately upon arrival and contact us via email at support@fraicheflowerfarm.com within 7 days if there are any issues. Past that, we cannot be responsible for damages or rot. After 7 days the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber as we cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence.
With regards to viruses: We thoroughly inspect each and every plant we grow. If anything shows signs of any of the multiple viruses we will immediately dispose of the plant in the trash. We do not test our plants due to the incredible cost associated with said tests. Since viruses can be transferred between many plants with a simple bite of a bug, water runoff, etc, we do not give refunds for plants showing signs of virus after you have planted them.
Seeds, Merchandise & Gift Cards
Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Buyer accepts the risk of lost or delayed packages and will file their grievances with carrier (Canada Post) - not Fraiche Flower Farm. If you choose letter mail shipping for seeds you agree by using this shipping method that Fraiche Flower Farm will not be responsible for lost mail, replacing orders that may not make it to you or orders that arrived damaged. Though rare, it can happen. If you’d like tracking and insurance for your order, please choose one of the Canada Post options at check out.
